  1. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (attested by concerned HRD / Home. MEA & Saudi Embassy)
  2. ORIGINAL VISA SLIP
  3. SPONSER ID
  4. PASSPORT
  5. MEDICAL
  6. PHOTOGRAPHS (8) (Back White Background, Size – 4 / 6 cm)

Commercial Visit Visa:

  1. Electronic invitation letter sent by Saudi Company through Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
  2. Visa form, two white background photographs.
  3. Covering Letter (Indian Company Letter) requesting for the issuance of visa, stating nature of business and Saudi Company address and telephone number.
  4. A recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce stating nature of business of the Indian Company
  5. Mofa
  6. Documents prove business relation between the two (Saudi & Indian) companies like agreement, invoice of the consignment sent to the invite company etc.

Business Visit Visa:

  1. Visit slips.(visa approval no. issued by Saudi Foreign Ministry)
  2. Covering Letter (Indian Company letter)
  3. Form, two white background photographs.
  4. A recommendation letter from chamber of commerce.
  5. Degree or certificate in case of technical categories, like Engineer, Consultant, Programmer system analyst or any other technical category.
  6. Mofa

Family Visit Visa :

  1. Visa Slip.
  2. Visa Form, two white background photographs.
  3. Marriage Certificate for wife and birth certificate for children.
  4. Proof of relationship in case of parents the first page of the company passport of son (sender) where the parents name is mentioned. In case of father or mother in law the passport copy of the sender as well as his wife’s passport 1st and last to prove the relation.
  5. Mofa

Residence Visa:

  1. Visa Slip
  2. Visa form to be filled up
  3. Two white background photographs.
  4. Marriage Certificate (for spouse)
  5. Birth Certificate (for children)
  6. Medical Certificate (on line)
  7. Recent Vaccination certificate for children below 15 years and Medical certificate above 15 years.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
18 th August 2009

Effectively 18 th August 2009, visa issued for under mentioned categories dated 1st August 2009 onwards must submit original police clearance certificate. (P.C.C) issued by passport office and attested by Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi. The same will be attested by Embassy after paying Rs.1000/- apart from visa endorsement fees.

The Categories are as follow:
1.  Government sector visa.
2.  Private sector visa.
3.  Domestic visa.
4.  Family visa.
5.  Education visa.
6.  Visit visa for govt projects.
Applicant below 18 years are exempted from the above rule.
   The date of the P.C.C (Police Clearance Certificate) must be after the date of the issuance of the visa.
   The attested P.C.C’s are required to be submitted to the concerned immigration offices in Kuwait to obtain Residence permit.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FROM THE STATE OF KUWAIT

1.  Letter addressed to Kuwait Embassy, New Delhi, requesting for PCC with a copy of the letter of the emigrating country’s. Embassy/ Consulate requiring for pcc.(the application should be included full postal address of candidate with tel/fax number and e-mail…etc.)
2.  Photo copy of the passport.
3.  Photo copy of civil ID in Kuwait.
4.  Four (4) passport size Photographs.
5.  Original Finger prints (each finger separately, clearly) on the special format provided by the Police Headquarters and attested by the Ministry of External Affaires, Government of India.
6.  The fee for PCC is Rs.2000/-(Two Thousand Indian Rupees) by cash which will not be refunded whether the PCC is issued or not. 
THE EMBASSY OF THE STATE OF KUWAIT

Requirements for family visa at the time of endorsement:
Two sets required:

The first set must be comprised of:
1.  Original visa.
2.   Police Clearance Certificate issued by Passport Office and attested by the Ministry of External Affairs. The date of the P.C.C (Police Clearance Certificate) must be after the date of the issuance of the visa.
The Second set must be comprised of:
1.  Duly filled visa application form (with P.P size one photography)
2.  Photocopies of all above mentioned documents (visa copy after medical check-up)
Note:
a. Each set must be attached with Medical certificate from approved centers.
b. Applicants below 18 years are exempted from P.C.C.
c. Visa endorsement fee Rs 3000/-
d. PC.C attestation fee Rs 1000/-
